Missile CNC S9+ Automatic Labelling Pick-Up System, didn't work from the start, and could never work based on its inferior design, demonstrating that the manufacturer had no understanding of the require process, and the repeatability required, for 24/7 production to be viable, with the system failing constantly !
Also the Missile CNC S9+ Automatic Labelling System, was supplied with NO Material Alignment facilities, which made the 0,0 referencing of different panel sizes impossible, and therefore the placement of labels, on each and every individual board was incorrect, with 0,0 referencing having to be manually performed by the operator ! this once again indicated that the Missile CNC Manufacturer, had NO Concept of the functionality of such a system, and lacked the overall knowledge to ensure 24/7 production, supplied as standard, by other more reputable CNC Manufacturers & Suppliers !
Apart from this, due to the very poor wiring of the AC Servo Motors, & Encoders, as indicated in the provided images, the system constantly stopped, with Encoder Errors, making 24/7 production unviable !
NOT to Mention !
That the ZEBRA ZT410 Thermal Printer was already 4 Years Old & Out Of Warranty,
on a supposedly Brand New S9+ CNC Router Production System supplied !
Makes you wonder what else was supplied as Second Hand Components !
